| it's good to be back.. sorta. i actually find that i can control what i'm eating when i'm not worried so much about this xanga.. so i probably won't be updating as much anymore. i dunno. i still like to see how everyone else is doing, i like the community feeling.
anyway i was 104.2 this morning, and i've decided i'm going to change my daily goal to 900 calories, because 800 is just like.. impossible haha i'm not giving up i'm just altering my goals so that they'll be more achievable.
i still wanna get down to 100 pounds at least once this summer. a;sdflkja;df.
anyway, i hope ya'll are all doing good <3

| well i'm pretty sure i'm just bloated from all the shit last night.. and i'm not going to be able to fast today, my mom is getting on me about how thin i look (hehe) so she says if she doesn't see me eat more she's going to be very worried. whatev. so i'm going to have some cereal today. it's only 190 calories, and then if i eat anything at work it'll be crackers. so. bleh. good luck everyone <33

did i not tell you that weekends always fuck me over?! and it's only FRIDAY!!!
i ate today.. a curves bar (100) a piece of pizza (380) poptarts (200) and cookies (~360)
so about 900 calories today ugggggh
i walked with my boyfriend tonight, plus we had sex earlier haha how many cals does that burn? ;]
i'm so pissed. i'm not weighing in the morning.
i'm SERIOUSLY going to try a 24 hour fast tomorrow. 10 a.m. saturday to 10 a.m. sunday. i have to work for like 8 hours so i won't be able to eat. let's see let's see. :) :)

Slow but steady loss is good by me. I'm just dreading this weekend! I always always ALWAYS screw up on the weekends! I blame it on my boyfriend haha :P But oh well I'm going to try to stay strong. Love you guys <3

| haha yeah i got tired of the ups and downs and decided to take a short break to get my eating back on track... i know that sounds weird because you would think that this xanga is helping me, but counting all of the calories is throwing me a little out of whack. i dunno. 104.2 today!!! :) :) :) and all i've eaten today is a quiznos sub (on wheat bread with no mayo!!) and some blueberries with whipped cream. i went shopping today and bought two pairs of pants- both size 1 :] (last time i bought jeans i was buying 5s) hope everyone else is doing wonderful!!! :D :D |
